Mr. Scott G. McLester has been an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation since July 2006 and serves as its Company Secretary. Mr. McLester served as Senior Vice President of Legal at Cendant from April 2004 to July 2006. He served as the Group Vice President of Legal for Cendant from March 2002 to April 2004, Vice President of Legal for Cendant from February 2001 to March 2002 and Senior Counsel for Cendant from June 2000 to February 2001. Prior to Cendant, He served as a Vice President of Law Department for Merrill Lynch in New York and a Partner with the law firm of Carpenter, Bennett and Morrissey in Newark, New Jersey.
