It could be better managed
My overall experience has been up and down. Due to the rise of covid I decided to get a covid shot. To my dismay I got sick for one day after receiving my second shot. My manager gave me a point for missing a day on Friday. I got the shot to protect my family, my community, and co workers. Unfair!!!
