My overall experience has been up and down. Due to the rise of covid I decided to get a covid shot. To my dismay I got sick for one day after receiving my second shot. My manager gave me a point for missing a day on Friday. I got the shot to protect my family, my community, and co workers. Unfair!!!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Competent and empathetic managers, who has enough emotional intelligence to not treat everyone the same but treat everyone fair.
What makes you most happy at work?
my coworkers and although I think I deserve more compensation. I enjoy being able to take care of my family.
