What are some of the best things about your team?

I enjoy the camaraderie and expertise on my team. Low-level leaders and employees are general effective.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team need to stop being yes-men and stop kissing up to the tyrants. Unfortunately, that will never happen. These people were specifically chosen by these tyrannical leaders for these traits. The only thing to do is clean house.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything. If you disagree with or even question decisions, you will be punished. If you do not kiss up, you will be ostracized. If you love to kiss up to people who know nothing about doing their jobs, then you might be able to get promoted.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am currently interviewing for positions that are offering me more than 40k/year more. Xactware claims to promote from within, but has gone out of their way to hire from outside, squashing all internal opposition to their current regime. Compensation and advancement are toxic like everything else.
