What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ever changing. Constantly in flux and unapproachable
They are progressive, responsive, and strategic. Each member of our leadership team has expertise in their field, but seems to work together cohesively without creating divisions.
The leadership team has changed over the course of the past two years, we're now driving towards innovation and diversity. The media space in general is going through tough years but Xaxis remains a leader in driving transparency and accountability for clients.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits, including a good pension scheme
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People leave all the time due to poor salaries
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse group on the lower levels
Great professionals, ambitious and curious and always willing to help out
Everyone has opinions, we value them. People are genuinely engaging and wonderful to work with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need more staffing and more resources. Constantly stretched thin and get asked for more and more with no additional help
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get snack boxes and have ERGs
The C suite always tries to stay close to employees, they don't seem unapproachable. Mental health is taken very seriously and social activities are really encouraged
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More investment in the employee experience
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet almost the whole team, which is important to gauge the team culture and fit.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Faster turnaround and more clarity upfront
Need more and better recruiters and a different job platform. Jobvite is awful for everyone
What makes you most happy at work?
Making good work and getting recognition

Feeling valued by colleagues and managers, people are aware that you put the work in and let you know
The people that I get to work with everyday and the work that I'm doing actually means something.
