What do you like best about the leadership team?
everyone knows what their job is and does it well. there's no blowback or rubber banding trying to catch people up... its a well oiled machine, it just makes sense. Everyone steps up to help instead of being dragged into projects. I think its just as much about the team as the people they hire.
