Paid well prior to acquisition. Went downhill from there

Improve the trust from management to employees. Encourage teams to work together and not compete with one anothrr

It's not competitive - we are all working toward the same same goals.

Improved trust of employees and teams
Too political. Too hierarchical.

Fair and accurate assessment of on-the-job performance. Friendly and organized interviewers.
