Always engaged and willing to provide a helping hand.
Our leadership team leads with a can-do attitude. They are transparent and humble. They encourage ownership, development, and inclusion. They empower you to own your work and your department and allow for mistakes made in the learning zone.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good benefits but its 2024 and this is a billion dollar company so they should be covered for how great this company pretends to be
Very competitive and employee friendly
The earning potential I have with my position.
Pay is fair, benefits are great, we have a 401k with a matching and there is so much room for growth. I have developed new skills that make me more marketable all thanks to XPEL.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, Camaraderie and Team Work
The team all has the same can-do attitude. We figure things out together and never any judgement. When one person struggles we all jump in. It is very much a family small business feel.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ability to grow and make an impact with new ideas.
We are always moving, always progressing, and always learning. It is great to have a constant challenge and the support from everyone. XPEL is home to A LOT of very passionate people that believe in doing things right. Even if its not the easiest or cheapest way, the right way is the only way to go.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Gave a very clear picture of the job itself.
Executives took the time out of their day to meet with me. They got to share their views on the value of the position i was applying for.
