What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always keeping us in the loop--very open communication. Knows how to make everyone feel involved by asking us to participate in different Xplor activities.
They walk the talk! What’s good for children is good for the company. Decisions are made with the staff and families in mind.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Respectful, efficient, one of the best teams I've worked with, skill-wise and talent-wise.
We have a very diverse group of people on the team. While we don’t always agree we listen and the majority rules.

Keep everything simple. User-experience is paramount.

I talked to everyone on the team and it was very quick.
