What do you like best about the leadership team?
their doors are always open so if an employee has a question or a problem they let you know that they are there to help
Efficient management, they have instituted several new protocols that have made shift work easier.

Listening and helping with the people under them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
have a good health insurance plan plus we also have dental
Great benefits, they have treated us fairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They expect you to do the job of five people and won't even help with insurance benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They smell like rice on a cold winter morning.
we have each other's back we are there for each other and we welcome each other's thoughts and comments
We have built a good community amongst ourselves.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are the best part of the job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it is a very open environment no one is afraid to say what they think or say if there is a problem
Interacting with students has been enjoyable for the most part.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be more interaction with the workers and more listening to our ideas
What did you like most about the interview process?
the interviewer puts you at ease the very first minutes you walk in the room they make you feel welcome
