John Boynton — Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Yandex N.V.

Mr. John W. Boynton is the Founder and Chief Executive of SchoolPulse, Inc. Mr. Boynton serves as the President of Firehouse Capital Inc. He served as Vice President of Business Development at Infinet Wireless Limited. He co-founded Yandex and InfiNet Wireless. Mr. Boynton was Founder and managing director of Wilson Alan LLC from 2001 to 2006. He served as a strategy consultant with Mercer Management Consulting from 1995 to 1997 and Co-founded and President of CompTek International, Inc. from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Boynton served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and vice president of corporate strategy and development at Forrester Research from 1997 to 2001. He has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Yandex N.V. since March 27, 2016 and served as its Interim Chairman until May 27, 2016. He has been a Non Executive Director of Yandex N.V. since 2000. He served as Director of Infinet Wireless Ltd. Mr. Boynton graduated in History from Harvard College.
