Health package me and my family
Fixed pay can be increased little bit compared to other organization
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is still a difference in compensation between genders and the bonuses are low, individual performance has a very low impact in bonus
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team is more experience in more energetic.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers are excellent, but others are not collaborative. Work culture is highly impacted by local culture, some are still very hierarchical and authoritarian.

It's good place to work
