Textbook definition of a toxic work culture. High turnover and egos everywhere. Emotional decision making and no clear internal vision and structure. I’d run for the hills until there is a leadership change across the c-suite and middle manageme

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Price gouging. False expectation setting. Poor performance.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Middle management is terrible and the people they hire currently are under qualified sheep

What did you like most about the interview process?

The case study was interesting and challenging. What sparked my interest in selling their product.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything. Just rebuild with new leadership and a mindset that you can learn from other companies besides salesforce

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Unattainable OTE. Complete lack of transparency other than the expectation is that 20% of the org will hit their actual number and the next 40% has a shot at hitting 60% attainment. Bonkers

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening - it really is this simple. Stop getting up on your soap box and preaching about the good ole days at salesforce. The org needs to be reworked and you need to let data and internal polling factor into your decision making. Stop promoting top performers who are toxic to the culture.
