Everything. 0 accountability or transparency. Try leading by example and providing accurate insight to your enployees and customers.
Listening - it really is this simple. Stop getting up on your soap box and preaching about the good ole days at salesforce. The org needs to be reworked and you need to let data and internal polling factor into your decision making. Stop promoting top performers who are toxic to the culture.
The leadership team needs to let go of some of the day-to-day task and trust lower level employees to take them on.
No amount of money would be worth working here
Unattainable OTE. Complete lack of transparency other than the expectation is that 20% of the org will hit their actual number and the next 40% has a shot at hitting 60% attainment. Bonkers
Larger base salary and more equity in the company
Coworkers were egotistical and lacked any modicum of self respect when it came to interacting with leadership.
Middle management is terrible and the people they hire currently are under qualified sheep
They need to be a little more organized when they come out of meetings. There are way too many meetings where there are no action items.
Cleanhouse - get acquired and let actual leaders run the place
Everything. Just rebuild with new leadership and a mindset that you can learn from other companies besides salesforce
Dont lie about quota attainment and upward mobility
Dont lie about the products capabilities. Give listings away for free.
