What do you like best about the leadership team?
Compassion and empathy. A family-first approach, with both paternity and maternity leave. Whatever tough spot you are in, the leadership team always responds with “Family First”.

Full health and dental insurance. Gym membership. Paid parking.

Honesty. Compassion. Caring for people outside the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More social events. More opportunities to learn about new clients. More briefings by the CEO (only one since I got here)

More technical, make it more challenging. It felt like a social event rather than an interview.
