What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fair. This company seems to value employees.
My direct management team is great. The upper management outside of the area are horrible. They have no idea what we do or the market conditions we have.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO. Adequate for work life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am severely underpaid for the work I do. Insurance is expensive and doesn’t cover hardly anything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and watch each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers are great and hard working. I have a few who aren’t very hard working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very cohesive work environment. Great opportunities.
My manager is very encouraging and avoids negativity. Everyone works together to solve problem.

Really got to know my future director.
It was a 3 step interview process which I think helps get good quality employees.
