What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good training and appropriate assignments
They keep the teams informed and keep the patients best interest at the forefront
they let us know what is happening all the times

Caring. The executive team does not care about any of the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
health insurance is great for our family and cheap
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They give a 250 dollar bonus for the engineers but the vps get 8 thousand. Like what?!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are dedicated to the mission of our department.
