Mr. Jayant Kadambi co-founded YuMe, Inc. in 2004 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from August 2011 to November 9, 2016. Mr. Kadambi served as the President of YuMe, Inc. from August 2008 to November 9, 2016. He has over 18 years of experience in the areas of networking, hardware architecture and semiconductors. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of YuMe, Inc. until August 2008. He served as Vice President of Research and Development at Netopia Inc. until October 2004. He joined Netopia in October 1999. Prior to Netopia, he was a Co-Founder of StarNet Technologies, Inc. (StarNet). He held various technical and marketing positions in AMD's networks division and AT&T Bell Labs, where he worked on high-speed LAN systems, hardware and DSL technologies. Prior to StarNet, he served in various engineering and marketing positions at AMD and was a Member of Technical Staff at&T Bell Laboratories. Mr. Kadambi served as the Chairman of the Board at YuMe, Inc. until November 9, 2016. He served as a Director of YuMe, Inc. since December 2004 until July 27, 2017. He is the Co-author of a book on Gigabit Ethernet and the holder of several patents in the networking arena. He holds a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic University in 1985 and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic in 1986.
