They need to listen to Employee and Client feedbacks. Currently it's a 'money first' company, pushing for revenue only, but not selling quality products and not listening to Client feedback. The leadership team is not aligned with their goals.

We wear many hats and are paid below market rate. It is only now that the HR team is paying for software to benchmark salaries
Despite of the conscious efforts made by the company in general in this space, there are still certain close-minded attitudes that are too attached to their opinions that fail to see other perspectives. Let's not let our seniority create that biased filter in our views.

Need more people with market research background, developing products without understanding how the market/Clients operate is dangerous. Also people need to take responsibility when they make mistakes/don't deliver, but instead there is a blame on the Customer and Revenue teams.

we need to be clear on RoR of the teams. for too long, leadership has said that "we" as the employes just need to figure it out. In these cases, it never does get figured out. For a mid-size company it feels impossible to get the right answers without getting ping-pong around a few times

The culture is fake, they try to show they do the right things on paper. There is an alcohol problem in the office. Lots of unnecessary money is spent on travel/hotel/expensive dinners etc. Some people are very arrogant, but not helpful at all when you need help, they just lecture you.
