- What is the best part about your compensation package?I am allowed to work remote and my salary at ZeeMee is competitive with the salaries of some of the most prominent companies in the world, which don't even allow you to work remote.
- What are some of the best things about your team?I absolutely love working with our team! It is a group of individuals that are highly passionate about their work and their is a ton of camaraderie and fun. Even though half the team is remote, we constantly communicate and share about our lives in Slack.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Our CEO, Vanessa, is super focused on creating great culture. At the end of the day, it comes down to people feeling valued and knowing that they are doing great work. Vanessa values every single employee and continually reminds us of our valuable contribution.
