Leading. They all sit in bubbles till something goes wrong
Trying hard to portray an interest in employees with a reward program introduced and increases recognition with internal newsletter but all irrelevant if pay at end of year doesn't reflect effort put in

Health insurance for me and my family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1 day of bereavement if your Spouse or Child dies. 1 week PTO for the first 7 years
Company doing great thanks to our hard work but no share for in that..No bonus..pay rises are nominal..no investment by company into you personally..also if no work they threaten not to pay..
