What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at work they give to AC's and they should pay keen attention on how gurgaon branch works. The GGN branch has many engagement leads who don't have any idea about how to lead a project and they themselves are busy in taking holidays while leaving all the work on AC's
