People care. Transparency. The leadership team makes sure our work-life balance is good.

They are all very transparent and are not afraid to talk about the good with the bad. All are approachable and often seen hanging out with employees.

Everyone is fun and hard working. It makes coming to work enjoyable both from a personal level but also from a professional level. You learn a lot.

They are transparent about all aspects of the business, good or bad. They all have everyone's best interest in mind and actually care about the people who make up the company. Definitely the strongest leadership team I've worked for.

People take the time to get to know one another. They don't look at someone as just a colleague but a potential friend that they will have to get to know to fully understand how to work best together.
