What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way we support each other. The emotional wellness month this year was incredible. Weekly stories shared at our Friday lunches of peoples success and people being open and vulnerable about their struggles. Tears of joy have happened more than once.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
WFH stipend from COVID, before that: parking stipend, healthcare is competitive, 3 months of paternity leave is awesome, office is super nice, choice of personal equipment, and free catered lunch every single friday while they do a weekly update on the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Experience in executive roles with successful exits or IPO's. Culture is forward thinking, we meet as a company WEEKLY still at nearly 300 employees. BEST IT team I've ever had. Incredible job with COVID. We are THRIVING in all metrics as an organization during these times. Leadership is the reason.
