What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all experienced and are very approachable.
They care about their people as much as the bottom line. They encourage us to speak our minds at all times.

Speak to your people and understand why certain leaders always seem like the problem

I think it is time for the founders to step out and hire professionals trained to bring the company to the next level.

The market rate for someone with my experience is 100k+. Only engineers get stock options.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one delivers anything on time. A new product is being worked on for 2 years and the launch gets delayed every 3 months.
Everyone has their own opinion and it is very difficult to accept each others' opinions. We need to hire more team oriented people and train the rest to collaborate better together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door mentality and very open minded group of people

The older people in the company 'holding the knowledge' perhaps it's time to move on and give the space to new people and ideas to grow.
