What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speaking to people as adults
should work on strategy and listen more before taking decisions
the leadership is lacking in many ways but mostly by not keeping the team on task. When the managers and leads are sitting around gossiping for half the day. What do you expect from the people under them?
Quality of life; realistic communication.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is benchmarked against industry. Benefits are well designed and progressive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
instead of paying te good employees more. They would rather let them go and start fresh with new workers and hope they can work just as well
Pay seems to be below local metropolitan scale for other professionals.

Technical work is done very well
Technical teams, very skilled technicians
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work on communication.
Not all meetings are productive: they simply are 'checking off the corporate box'.
Commit to working toward common goals to recover and save our division.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive skill you learn is probably how to problem solve and use a wide array of different talents you might have not known you had before

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone blaming another group for all their problems instead of trying to fix them
The organization is in panic mode; this is not helpful. A tight, motivated team is what's needed.
There is too much finger-pointing and 'passing the buck'. Not enough personal responsibility for the overall performance of our division.
