We are a family, you can't choose family but you love them!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are severly understaffed. The workers are great and try very hard to please each guest
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid to do a job that I love. My love of the job is fair enough compensation. I will work for what I want and deserve
What makes you most happy at work?
My work family makes me happy but,the company could appreciate it's workers a little more than it does. As far as compensation goes. Pay fairly instead of competitively.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was first interviewed for Zoes kitchen it was a very positive experience, made me excited to work there. Now the GM has soured my view of the element
