I signed on for full time hours and this week alone u was scheduled for 4 days at 2 hours a shift. Then again my GM Constantly reminds me that he is the cheapest manager I will ever work for

Hi coworker's need trained properly. I didn't have the option for management. The DO and GM don't even deserve one. The HR department employee that was over mine serious situation I feel the same way. There are no words for the lack of compassion given The seriousness of the situation was overlooked
We are severly understaffed. The workers are great and try very hard to please each guest
Overall attitude of management. I have seen a manager hang up on someone trying to place an order for what reason, I don't know. When they called back they mentioned being hung up on but were glad I was there to take their order. Even though I have no training In that area
Before an employee start working you should have everything in the computer done and ready to be paid that should be no way the other employees got paid twice before I I don't even even have a check yet

I feel like I'm being set up to fail. I haven't been trained properly. I agreed to work full time hours and yet I barely worked this weekNot of my own will but because I received a text from the GM saying saying don't come in yesterday or today and take the rest of the week off because of sales
The general manager is a liar and emotionally neglects and abuses the team. He needs to follow the CAVA expectations we are all held to.
I was told slow and pushed to do more tasks than other employees. Management inforced their will against me , changing my hours down from 20 to 9 per week . Being rude at me . Also clocking out for me while I went to toilet
