Bonuses & IRA. I am not gonna lie
It covers all the important elements of compensation.

That they come from different parts of India
Polite people with more knowledge
Helping each other to develop the inner potential and collaborating in work to get the best results.
The best bunch I have worked with in all my years as a professional. An eclectic mix of technocrats, design gurus, and creative pens. :-)

Friendly employees. Positive atmosphere. Cooperative employees. Energetic team work
All are treated equally important as a person, in spite of their team position.
Accomodative. Friendly. No artificial external pressure. A broad vision and a grander picture than what you do day to day.
