Allowances and medical benefits are major.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i really dont know about the compensation. If there is no discount for employees on food its like we are not encouraging our own team to order on zomato. may be a best performer gets a food coupon for the week or employee of the month. i really dont know if this facilities are there or not

i have not been interviewed by zomato hr but by a outsource team. i dont know how the interview works with zomato
What makes you most happy at work?
has loads of growth opportunities, i know i am on a third party pay roll. i tried Appling online but its only through reference which is like your missing out a diamond from the market there is no opportunity without reference
