This is a particularly fun and useful feature because it gives you the opportunity to flirt with Zooskers who checked you out, but were maybe just a bit too shy to say hello right away. Older views may be removed from the list after a while to keep the list manageable.
Views can be generated when other members interact with any information on your dating profile. This can include your photos or dating profile information (Story, Perfect Match, Ideal Date, etc).

One of these features is the Zoosk SmartPick feature which evaluates compatibility between Zoosk members. SmartPick is smart and learns from your ""and "X" votes to make better match recommendations in the future. Answering the SmartPick Survey will also improve your match results.
Here's how it works:
1. Review the profile that was selected for you based upon your profile description as soon as you can, as they are time-sensitive.
2. Decide if you're interested and vote "" or "X"
3. Your vote stays private unless you both vote "" in which case you'll get the good news by email as well as a message in your Zoosk inbox.
4. SmartPick is adaptive. Please review your matches and vote every day, as SmartPick learns about your preferences over time to find your best match.

Onceyou'vefound someone you like, go to his or her profile. From there you can send a message, smile, or like their profile.
MessagesMessaging someone on Zoosk is the most direct way to introduce yourself and let someone know youre interested. To send a message, simply start writing your message in the white message box and send it. ( * You have to send a smile or like in order to see the message box)
Smiles and LikesSmilingat someone or Liking their profile is a fun way to let him or her know youre into them. Once you select Smile or Like, a message will be sent to that person.

If you want to Add or Edit your interest from a laptop/computer please follow the steps below:
after you're logged in to your profile, click on your picture at the top right of the screen
click My Profile
scroll to the bottom where the Interests section is located
click Add in the right corner, then type to search for the Interest you would like to add to your profile. Click Save at the bottom right
to remove an interest, click on the X in the red circle on the top right
If you want Add or Edit your interest from your the Zoosk Android app or the Zoosk iOS app please follow these steps:
in the top left corner, tap on the 3 lines
tap on your picture
scroll to the bottom where the Interests section is located
tap Edit/Add, then type to search for the Interest you would like to add to your profile. When your Interest appears, tap on the picture and that Interest will be added to your profile
to remove an interest, tap Edit then tap the picture of the interest you want to remove

Search allows you to find and learn more about people you may be interested in. While browsing for singles in search you can view their full profiles andsend likes, smile or messages.
Online Now is a great way to meet people if youre interested in chatting with someone right away. Users in your area are prioritized, but as you browse, it will expand the search distance to show you more people who are currently online.
Carousel is a fun feature that quickly connects singles who are interested in each other. If you and another member both say yes to each other this creates a Mutual Match and theyll show up in your Connections.
SmartPickis smart and learns from your ""and "X" votes to make better match recommendations in the future. Answering the SmartPick Survey will also improve your match results.
Super Sendis a way to introduce yourself to a lot of other singles at once. You choose a message to break the ice, then Zoosk will send it out to other members. Once someone messages you back, you can view each others profiles and start interacting.

View ArticleAdding someone as a connection is a good way to let him or her know youre interested and want to talk. Anytime you smile, like,or send a message to someone and they respond back they automatically become a connection.*
If, after chatting for a while, you decide youre no longer interested in the person you can also remove him or her as a connection.Removing your connections is easy!
From a laptop or computer:
- Log in to www.zoosk.com or through Facebook
- Click on "Connections" on the left hand side
- Click the profile image of the connection you wish to remove; this will pop up a menu
- Click on "Remove Connection", then click "Yes" to confirm
From an Android or iOS device:
- Log in to Zoosk through your Zoosk app
- Tap on the profile you wish to remove from your connections
- Tap on the three dots "..." on the top right of the profile
- Choose "Remove Chat Permission" from the list of actions*
If you do not have the Zoosk app downloaded onto your device, you may visit our mobile site from your smartphone by following these instructions:
- Log in to t.zoosk.com
- Tap on the Menu (4 lines) at the top left of your screen
- Tap on "Connections"
- Tap the profile image of the connection you wish to remove; this will pop up a menu
- Choose "Remove Connection" from the list of actions, then click "Ok" to confirm*
*Please note, if you are unable to remove the connection in the Android or iOS app, or on t.zoosk.com, please take these steps:
- From a laptop or computer log in to www.zoosk.com
- Click on "Carousel" on the left hand side
- Click on "Matches"
- Click on the the three dots "..." on the bottom right of the photo
- Click on "Remove", then click "Yes" to confirm
After removing a Connection, they will simply no longer appear in your list of Connections.

View ArticleAuto-Reply is a feature on Zoosk intended to help Zooskers respond to Smiles they receive. It is flattering to receive a Smile from someone; however, it is often difficult to know what to do next. With Auto-Reply, a message will be automatically sent out to people who send you a Smile. This way you don't have to respond to the Smile yourself, and you can encourage those who Smile at you to send a more interesting, personalized message. You can also select the option to not receive Auto-Replies.
To set up or edit your Auto-Reply from your computer:
Open your web browser, go to zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
Click on your Zoosk display name in the top right corner of your screen.
Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu. This will take you to your account page.
Select Auto-Reply in the left navigation. This will take you to your Auto-Reply page where you can turn your reply on and off and set your message. You can also select to not receive Auto-Replies.
To set up or edit your Auto-Reply from the Zoosk app or from the t.zoosk.com website on your mobile phone:
Open the Zoosk app.
Select the menu icon in the top left corner
Select the gear icon on the upper right screen
Select Auto-Reply. This will take you to your Auto-Reply page where you can turn your reply on and off and set your message. You can also select to not receive Auto-Replies

View ArticleThe Carousel is a fun feature designed to allow users to see the photo and age of other Zooskers and allows them to decide whether they would like to meet you. If you are looking through possible future matches on Carousel, and you are interested, selecting "yes" or "maybe" will send the other member a notification stating that you would like to meet them and ask them if they would like to meet you as well. If you are not interested in meeting a particular Zoosker, simply choose "no" and move to the next person.
When you select "yes" and the other member also selects "yes", this creates a Mutual Match. If you and another person both show an interest in each other, theyll show up in your Connections.

When you pause your account:
Your profile is hidden from Zoosk andwon'tbe shown to other Zoosk members.
You will keep your profile, connections, and message history.
Youwon'tbe able to receive messages or other communications from Zoosk members.
Youwon'treceive emails or notifications from Zoosk or Zoosk members. However, you will still receive emails related to your subscription renewal and pausing/reactivating your account.
If youre a subscriber, your subscription will remain active.

From your computer

This will take you to your profile where you can tap the Edit Photos and Add Photos buttons or scroll down to edit your basic information, story, perfect match, and ideal date.
From a web browser on your phone or touch device
Open your devices web browser, go to t.zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
Select the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Tap on your profile photo and Zoosk display name. This will take you to your profile where you can tap the Edit Photos and Edit Location buttons or scroll down to edit your basic information, story, perfect match, and ideal date.

To create and save an advanced search with thenew age-range filter that youd like, follow the directions below for the device youre using.
From your computer's web browser
Open your web browser, go to zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
Select Search from the left navigation.
Click the blue Edit Search link in the top right of your screen underneath the grey NEXT button.
Next to ages, type in the age-range youd like to search for.
If youd like to save you search, select the check box next to Save this search and give your search a name.
Click the blue Searchbutton. This will save and apply the search filtersyou'vecreated.
From the iOS app and Android app
Open the Zoosk app.
Tap on the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen
Tap the Filter icon
Tap Create new and and select your preferred Age range and Distance
Tap the blueSave and Searchbutton, give your custom filter a name, and tapSave and Search. This will save and apply the search filtersyou'vecreated.

In the left navigation menu, select Upgrade
Follow the directions to select a subscription upgrade and enter your payment information.
From your web browser on your mobile phone or touch device
Open your devices web browser, go to t.zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
Select the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Tap Upgrade
Follow the directions to select a subscription upgrade and enter your payment information.
All subscriptions and subscription upgrades automatically renew unless you cancel them before the end of their term. At the end of each subscription term, your subscription and upgrades will automatically renew for the same duration at the same price (excluding any applicable taxes), unless we notify you otherwise in advance.
Cancelling your subscription upgrades does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription upgrade(s), go to Account Settings, select Subscription, and follow the instructions to turn off the automatic renewal of your upgrade(s). For more information please reviewour Terms of Use.

Blocking a member is slightly different depending on how youre accessing Zoosk. To block a member, follow the directions for the device youre using below.
From your computerTo report abuse and block a member while using zoosk.com on a computer, first visit the profile of the person youd like to block. Next, click on the grey arrow located next to the members display name. Then, select Report/Block.
From the iOS app or the Android appTo report abuse and block a member while using the Zoosk app on your mobile phone, first visit the profile of the person youd like to block. Next, tap the action overflow menuthe three white dots (...) located in the top right corner of the profile. Then, select Report/Block.
Blocking a member is anonymous, and the person you report will not be notified.Once you block a user, we disable that particular account from sending you any more messages, chats, winks, or requests and from showing up in your Carousel or searches.

Select Notifications in the left navigation. This will take you to your notifications page where you can see a list of the types of notifications available and whether they are enabled or not.
To disable or enable a notification type, select Edit next to the notification you would like to change.
Select either Enable all or Disable all and click Save.
From the iOS app or Android app
Open the Zoosk app.
Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Tap the gear icon to go to your Settings.

View ArticleIf youre already a Zoosk subscriber but are being asked to subscribe again, its most likely thatyou'velogged in with a different email address than the one you subscribed with.
To make sure youre logged in with the correct email address, please do the following:
Find out what email address youre currently logged in with by visiting your settings and going to the account page. (Also note, that if you logged in with Facebook, there will still be an email address associated with your account that you can view here.)
Log out of Zoosk and log back in with any other email addresses you may have used to subscribe. Onceyou'velogged in with a new address you can see your subscription status by visiting your settings and going to the subscription page.
Ifyou'vetried logging in with your other email address(es) and you still havent found the email address you subscribed with or if you need additional assistance, contact Zoosk Customer Support.

To cancel your subscription renewal on your iPhone, iPad or iPod, please follow these steps:
If you are reading this on iOS device please click this link to manage your subscription
Open Settings on your Apple device
Scroll down to iTunes & App Store
Tap on your Apple ID/email address
Tap View Apple ID, then enter your Touch ID or password
From the Account Settings page, scroll down and tap "Subscriptions"
Choose your Zoosk subscription
Tap "Cancel Subscription." Next, tap "Confirm" on the "Confirm Cancellation" pop up.
To cancel your subscription on a Mac or PC, please follow the instructions at the following link:

Once you cancel, your subscription will expire at the end of your billing cycle. Your settings in the Zoosk app may state that your subscription status is renewing until the subscription expires. This is because Apple doesnt notify Zoosk of the cancellation until your paid time expires. As long as your iTunes settings state that your subscription is canceled, itwon'trenew
After the automatic renewal of your subscription is turned off you will continue to receive access to your subscription until your current subscription period expires. If you would like to deactivate or remove your account from the Zoosk service after turning off the automatic renewal of your subscription, please visit the How do I deactivate or remove my account from the Zoosk service? From your computer's web browser
Open your web browser, go to zoosk.com and log in to your Zoosk account.
Select Search from the left navigation.
Click the blue Edit Search link in the top right of your screen underneath the grey NEXT button.
From this page you can change the age-range, location, and distance of your search or click Advanced Search to see more options such as religion, kids, relationship history, and more.
After selecting the advanced search filters you'd like to apply, you can save you search, by selecting the check box next to Save this search and giving your search a name.
Once you're done, click the blue Searchbutton. This will save and apply the search filtersyou'vecreated.
From the iOS app and Android app
Open the Zoosk app.
Tap on the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen
Tap the Filter icon

Cancelling your subscription from your computer
Open your web browser, go to zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
Click on your Zoosk display name in the top right corner of your screen.
Select AccountSettings from the drop-down menu.
Select Subscription from the left navigation. This will take you to your subscription page.
Click on Cancel My Subscription. This will take you to a confirmation page where you will be asked about why youre leaving.

Open your mobile browser, go to t.zoosk.com and log in to your Zoosk account.
Tap on the 3 lines in the top left corner.
Tap the gear icon close to your nickname
