What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honesty and openness. Very diverse and with varied experience.
Technical competence is bright and clear
Transparency, openness, reliable. Genuine interest in supporting my career and growing my skillset
They are incredibly transparent and proactive with the whole company about communicating progress and on behalf of employees' interests. I was blown away at how well rank & file were taken care of in the recent Amazon acquisition - our equity treatment was unprecedentedly and surprisingly equitable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring comparable managers instead of just promoting the person that is still there after the manager leaves
Allow managers to promote people instead of blocking the promotion
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being paid on time is pretty cool

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I'm underpaid can't say more
What are some of the best things about your team?
My close team is pretty good - the problem is the exec team and top leadership

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone helps everybody, managers will support your career growth
There is a supportive culture, no politics
We all share a common goal, and every action is to achieve it. No politics
the crew's spirit, the energy and supportiveness
Very inclusive on all dimensions: ethnic, ideology, personality, gender, and whatever the next new dimension to pop up this week is. That's not snark, it's just a very open and accepting culture and environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat people with respect keep them in the loop listen to feedback.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiting team is pretty good
quick and easy, did not have to worry since it was an agency
Problem solving skills required to pass interview , lot of people are involve in process
It is standardized and not too dependent on the panel
Well rounded, diverse, challenging. Culture fit and technical.
