What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available and always trying to make things better for all.
Allows employee's to speak freely regarding thoughts and ideas for the growth of the company and patient care.
They care about people first. They are realistic and passionate about our partners, the client.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less politics and nepatism. Care for your people and listen to them.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair market value. 401k matching & healthcare premiums have not increased in the 4 yrs I have been with Zotec!
There are so many benefits that Zotec offer employees it is hard to pick just one reason to be the best.
The flexibility and healthcare premiums have not been increased for 5 years!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great to get more than Minuscule raises
What are some of the best things about your team?
Participation! We care about our Clients & each other!
We are a TEAM and help one another while encouraging each other to move forward for success.
We care about each other and our partners, the client. We are passionate, persistent, predictable and keep our perspective.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nobody trusts one another at all
Communication needs to be improved
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do attempt to make fun days for people who work in office.
Communucation! Keeping pace with the fast growth by hiring very talented employees!
I enjoy working from home and having the ability to still be a part of my TEAM.
The people! Everyone enjoys working with each other and for the Law Brothers!

What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR department was very friendly amd quick woth responses and information.
Simple & informative. Process moved along quickly.
Having the opportunity to speak with multiple Supervisors and Managers.
I was interviewed by one of the owners. Minimal operation layers in the company. I am comfortable to reach out directly to the owners.

Going to lunch and leaving at the end of the day
Making my patient's smile and know they are being well taken care of.
