My current rate us under what the industry pays and continues to fall behind. Increases really max out somewhere between 3-5%. That could be much better.
Employer does not properly value experience and technical specialty of knowledge of employees.

They need to stop being egotistical, rude and demeaning to each other and Zurich's customer base. But, management sets the tone of the environment, and when the philosophy is "bully management," then it becomes survival of the fittest in the office.
