The CEO is very smart and has good vision for the future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good teamwork, and thankfully, they leave me alone on the weekends. That means a lot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Excellent pre-sales consultants. Other orgs supporting Sales, like Product, Services, Legal, etc, are very responsive and efficient
What did you like most about the interview process?
It moved reasonably fast, and they were good about being transparent on the process they were using.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. The health benefits are costly to employees and there is no stock options of RSU's. Other aspects of comp plan are fine.
