Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. The health benefits are costly to employees and there is no stock options of RSU's. Other aspects of comp plan are fine.

What are some of the best things about your team?
experienced and capable, client focused
My team (sales) gets excellent support from other departments to help us on accounts. Ex: solution consulting, PS, Legal, etc.

The sales team does not have an SKO and never meets as a team

Company has hired a lot of high quality people and continues to do a good job in that area.
