Decisions are logical. No micromanaging.
Conservative decision making with good intentions. High value for work/life balance.
Understand work life balance. Great place for a musician to work.

Making decision, following through, making meetings productive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k with match, competive salary and benefits
Schedule flexibility and hourly wage is competitve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay here is terrible. Raises are laughable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Understanding, low pressure. We are able to execute without being overbearing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No micromanaging. Projects are clear and quality is the goal. Speed is moderate but fast enough to be successful.
Feedback is realistic and not judgemental.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
care about your employees, actually listen to feedback, take blame and learn.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Presenting my own plan with no boundries. It was a creative way to get to know where I stood on the company.

Autonomy of project management and setting a realistic pace.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing ever happens. Its all reactive to issues. Management needs to learn how to be truthful.
