By merging Activision, Inc.'s top selling portfolio of console and handheld games with Blizzard Entertainment's leading PC and online subscription franchises, Activision Blizzard is the largest, most profitable pure-play interactive entertainment software publisher in the world with leading market positions across every major category of the rapidly growing interactive entertainment software industry. In addition to his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard, Mr. Kotick is also a member of the board of trustees for Harvard Westlake School and he is chairman of the committee of Trustees at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, where he serves as vice chairman of the board of directors. In addition, Mr. Kotick is the founder and co-chairman of the Call of Duty Endowment.
