BIO: Mike McMullen was appointed Agilent CEO in March 2015, replacing William (Bill) Sullivan. McMullen has more than 30 years of industry experience and senior management experience at Agilent. He was president of the company's Chemical Analysis Group from 2009 until November 2014. As head of CAG, McMullen transformed the business, consistently delivering market-leading growth and profits. He championed strategic acquisitions and architected Agilent's China strategy. He built the Agilent CrossLab Group, which includes services, software and consumables; ACG was made one of Agilent's three major businesses in September 2014. McMullen also has significant international experience, having lived in Japan, where he led Agilent's Japan field sales and support operations, later adding responsibility for China field operations. He is recognized for his inspirational leadership style. McMullen joined Agilent's predecessor, Hewlett-Packard Co., in 1984 as a financial analyst. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. McMullen also serves on the Board of Directors for Coherent, Inc.

BIO: Dr. James J. Truchard, also known as Jim, Ph.D. Co-founded National Instruments Corporation in 1976 and has been its Chairman since 1976. Dr. Truchard served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at National Instruments Corporation from 1976 to December 31, 2016. Dr. Truchard served as Managing Director of the acoustical measurements division at Applied Research Laboratories at The University of Texas at Austin. He has been a Director of National Instruments Corp. since 1976. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at ExtraHop Networks, Inc. Dr. Truchard is a recognized industry leader. In 2007, he has been a Member in the National Academy of Engineering, widely considered to be the highest honor given in the engineering profession. Since 2002, he is in leading electronics publication, Electronic Design which inducted Dr. Truchard into its Engineering Hall of Fame and in 2001, a global market consulting firm, Frost & Sullivan, honored him as the Chief Executive Officer of the Year for the test and measurement industry. In addition, Worth magazine named him one of the best CEOs for three consecutive years, emphasizing his focus on long-term growth and innovation. Dr. Truchard holds a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Physics, all from The University of Texas at Austin.
