BIO: Mr. E. James Ferland, also known as Jim, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. since June 30, 2015. Mr. Ferland served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of The Babcock & Wilcox Company from April 19, 2012 to June 30, 2015. Mr. Ferland served as Senior Vice President of Utility Operations at PNM Resources, Inc since May 2007. He served as the President of Louisiana Energy Services LLC. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Louisiana Energy Services L.P. (LES), where LES obtained a combined construction and operating license for an enrichment plant issued by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, among several other accomplishments.
