Prior to United Healthcare, Ms. Boudreaux served as Executive Vice President of Health Care Services Corporation and earlier, as President of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois. She began her career in Aetna's Management Development Program and, over the course of two decades with the company, served in a variety of regional and national senior leadership positions. Ms. Boudreaux was honored from 2008 to 2014 as one of Fortune's 50 Most Powerful Women in American Business. Additionally, she was named to the Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women in the World list, was recognized by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as one of the top 25 industry leaders and included on Today's Chicago Women list of 100 Women of Influence. Ms. Boudreaux was also named by Modern Healthcare as one of the Most Powerful People in Healthcare. Ms. Boudreaux is active in a broad range of civic affairs, serving on the Board of Trustees for Dartmouth College and the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago and is a Member of the Chicago Network. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. and Xcel Energy ('Xcel'). In 2016, Ms. Boudreaux was recognized by Twin Cities Business with the Outstanding Director Award for her dedication and exceptional work on the Xcel's board. Ms. Boudreaux earned a bachelor's degree with honors from Dartmouth College ('Dartmouth'), and an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School in Finance and Healthcare Administration. During her time at Dartmouth, she was a highly honored Member of the women's basketball team and has since been recognized in the inaugural class of 'Legends of Ivy League Basketball,' the New England Basketball Hall of Fame, and with the NCAA Silver Anniversary Award for Outstanding Leadership and Professional and Athletic Achievement.

BIO: As CEO, Natasha Deckmann, MD, is responsible for driving the organization’s growth and strategic priorities, engaging extensively with existing and new customers, and broadening the company’s product portfolio to deliver meaningful top and bottom-line growth for the organization. She also serves on Tivity Health’s Board of Directors. Deckmann is an experienced strategic healthcare operator with over 20 years of leadership across healthcare services, health systems, financial services and consulting. She joined Tivity Health in 2024 as Chief Transformation Officer and became Co-President in December 2024. Prior to joining Tivity Health, Deckmann held the role of Chief Operating Officer & Chief Clinical Officer of SecureSeniorConnections, a digital platform focused on reducing loneliness and social isolation among seniors. Additionally, she served as Chief Executive Officer of CarePoint Health System, a hospital and physician group health system in New Jersey and Senior Vice President & Head of Population Health Solutions at Optum. Deckmann holds a dual M.D. and M.B.A. from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
