Mr. Wasz has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. since September 6, 2013 and January 9, 2012 respectively. Mr. Wasz served as the President of GBC Metals, LLC (d\b\a Olin Brass) from 2010 to December 19, 2014. Mr. Wasz served as the President of GBC Metals LLC at Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. since 2010. Mr. Wasz served as the President of Alflex Corp., a former subsidiary of Commonwealth Industries, Inc. since February 2002.
