BIO: Mr. Michael J. Long, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Arrow Electronics, Inc. since May 1, 2009 and has been its President since February 3, 2008. Mr. Long serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of Arrow Electronics Italia S.r.l. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Arrow Electronics, Inc. from February 3, 2008 to May 2009. Mr. Long served as the Senior Vice President of Arrow Electronics Inc. from January 2006 to February 2008 and served as its Vice President until March 1, 2006. He served as the President of Arrow Global Components of Arrow Electronics Inc. since September 18, 2006. He served as the President of North America of Arrow Electronics Inc. from May 10, 2005 to December 2005. He served as the President of North America and Asia/Pacific Components of Arrow Electronics Inc. from January 25, 2006 to September 2006. Mr. Long has over 25 years of experience in electronic components and computer products distribution and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions business from July 1999 to April 2005. He joined Arrow in 1990, when it merged with Schweber Electronics Inc. During his career, he led both Capstone Electronics - an Arrow company as President since 1994 - and Gates/Arrow Distributing as President from 1995 to 1999. Prior to a merger between Arrow and Schweber Electronics in 1991, Mr. Long served as Regional Vice President for Schweber, among other leadership roles, after joined Schweber in 1983. Mr. Long has been the Chairman of Arrow Electronics, Inc. since January 1, 2010. He has been the Chairman of Global Technology Distribution Council since September 2016 and served as its Vice Chairman from September 9, 2015 t September 2016. He has been an Independent Director of AmerisourceBergen Corporation since May 11, 2006. He has been a Director of Arrow Electronics, Inc. since February 3, 2008. He serves as a Director of the Denver Zoo. He is active in the Global Peer Networking Group, Young President' Organization. BIO: Dr. Robert Mehrabian serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Teledyne Gavia ehf. Dr. Mehrabian has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Teledyne Technologies Inc. since 1999. He serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Teledyne Odom Hydrographic Systems, Inc. He serves as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Teledyne Microelectronic Technologies. Prior to the spin-off of Teledyne Technologies Inc. by ATI in November 1999, Dr. Mehrabian served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ATI's Aerospace and Electronics segment from July 1999 to 2000. He served ATI in various senior Executive capacities since July 1997. From 1997 to November 1999, he served as an Executive Vice President and Segment Executive, Aerospace, Electronics and Industrial, of Allegheny Teledyne Inc. Dr. Mehrabian served as an Senior Advisor in manufacturing and high technology to many Fortune 500 companies. Prior to ATI, he served as the President of Carnegie Mellon University from 1990 to June 1997. Dr. Mehrabian has been the Chairman of Teledyne Technologies Inc. since December 14, 2000.
