BIO: Mr. Richard D. Fairbank is the Founder of Capital One Bank and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Fairbank founded Capital One Financial Corporation in 1988 and has been its Executive Chairman since February 28, 1995, Chief Executive Officer since July 26, 1994 and President since April 24, 2003. He co-founded Advocate Financial LLC in 1998. He has been Head of MasterCard's U.S. region since 1995. He has received many honors and awards including being named Best Chief Executive Officer in specialty finance by Institutional Investor magazine and Business Leader of the Year by Washingtonian Magazine. Mr. Fairbank has often been recognized for his community and industry leadership, including his 2008 appointment to the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation. He also was honored as a 2008 Washington Business Hall of Fame Laureate and was named 2006 Banker of the Year by the American Banker. Mr. Fairbank graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University and received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

BIO: Mr. Kevin Cummings has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Investors Bancorp Inc. and its subsidiary, Investors Bank (formerly, Investors Savings Bank) since January 1, 2008. Mr. Cummings also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Investors Bancorp, MHC. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Investors Bancorp Inc. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Investors Bank from July 2003 to January 2008. He served as Executive Vice President and Executive Vice President of Investors Savings Bank since July 2003. Prior to Investors Bank, he had a twenty-six year career with KPMG LLP, where he served as a Partner for fourteen years. He served as an Audit Partner in the Financial Services practice in the New York office and Lead Partner on a major commercial banking client. He also worked in the New Jersey community bank practice for over 20 years serving clients such as Summit Bank, Valley National Bank, Provident Bank and Hudson City Bank. He has been Director of Investors Bancorp Inc. and Investors Bank since January 1, 2008. He has been a Director of Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since January 17, 2014. He has served as a Commissioner on the Summit Board of Recreation.
