His prior experience includes various positions in operations, sales, marketing and technology with Yellow Freight System, Consolidated Freightways and McLean Trucking Company. He has been an Independent Director of SP Plus Corporation since April 2015. He has been a Director of Echo Global Logistics, Inc., since February 2008. Mr. Waggoner earned Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Diego State University in 1980.
