BIO: Mr. Adam P. Chase has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Chase Corporation since February 3, 2015 and January 30, 2008 respectively. Mr. Chase served as the Chief Operating Officer of Chase Corporation from February 2007 to February 3, 2015. He is responsible for all operational areas of Chase Corporation, including manufacturing, engineering, Research and Development of Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Inventory Management. He served as Vice President of Chase Corp., since February 5, 2007. Mr. Chase joined Chase Corp., in 1998. He served as Vice President of Operations of Chase Corp. from February 3, 2006 to February 5, 2007 and its Head of Coating and Laminating Division until February 5, 2007, Vice President and General Manager of Coating & Laminating Division from March 2003 to February 2007. He served as Corporate Controller of Chase Corp., from September 1998 to January 2004. He has been a Director of Chase Corp. since 2010. He was employed by Brown Brothers Harriman. BIO: Mr. Christopher J. Ryan has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lakeland Industries, Inc. since November 2003 and has been its Secretary since April 1991. Mr. Ryan serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of QUALYTEXTIL S.A. He served as an Executive Vice President of Finance of Lakeland Industries, Inc. from May 1986 to November 2003 and its General Counsel from February 2000 to December 2011. From October 1989 to February 1991, he worked at Sands Brothers and Rodman & Renshaw, Inc. He served as an Independent Consultant of Laidlaw Holding Co., Inc. from January 1989 to September 1989. He served as Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Brean Murray, Foster Securities, Inc. from February 1987 to January 1989. He served as Senior Vice President of the investment banking firm of Laidlaw Adams Peck, Inc. from June 1985 to March 1986, a predecessor firm to Laidlaw Holdings Inc. He served as the Chairman of Lakeland Industries, Inc. He has been a Director of Lakeland Industries, Inc. since May 1986. Mr. Ryan is a B.A. Graduate of Stanford University.
