Mr. Chase served as the Chief Operating Officer of Chase Corporation from February 2007 to February 3, 2015. He is responsible for all operational areas of Chase Corporation, including manufacturing, engineering, Research and Development of Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Inventory Management. He served as Vice President of Chase Corp., since February 5, 2007. Mr. Chase joined Chase Corp., in 1998. He served as Vice President of Operations of Chase Corp. from February 3, 2006 to February 5, 2007 and its Head of Coating and Laminating Division until February 5, 2007, Vice President and General Manager of Coating & Laminating Division from March 2003 to February 2007. He served as Corporate Controller of Chase Corp., from September 1998 to January 2004. He has been a Director of Chase Corp. since 2010. He was employed by Brown Brothers Harriman. He received Degree in Finance and Marketing from Boston College's Carroll School of Management in 1994 and an MBA from Babson College in 1999.

He served as the Chairman of Lakeland Industries, Inc. He has been a Director of Lakeland Industries, Inc. since May 1986. Mr. Ryan is a B.A. Graduate of Stanford University. He holds an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business and a Law Degree (J.D.) from Vanderbilt Law School.
