BIO: Mr. Timothy A. Leach, also known as Tim, has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Concho Resources Inc. since February 2006 and served as its President from July 1, 2009 to May 18, 2017. Mr. Leach serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of COG Operating LLC. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Concho Equity Holdings Corp. since April 2004. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Concho Oil & Gas of Corp. from its inception in January 2001 until its sale in January 2004 and Concho Resources Inc. from its inception in August 1997 until its sale in June 2001. From January 2004 to April 2004, he was involved in private investments. From September 1989 to May 1997, Mr. Leach was employed by Parker & Parsley Petroleum Company (now Pioneer Natural Resources Company) in a variety of capacities, including serving as Executive Vice President. He served as Chairman and Director of Concho Oil & Gas of Corp. from January 2001 to January 2004 and Concho Resources Inc. from August 1997 to June 2001. Mr. Leach has been a Director of Concho Resources Inc. since February 2006. He has been a Board Member of Texas A&M University System Board of Regents since February 1, 2017. He served as Director of Concho Equity Holdings Corp. since April 2004. He is a member of the Texas A&M University Dwight Look College of Engineering Advisory Council and serves on the board of governors for Midland Memorial Foundation. He also serves on the board of directors of the Midland College Foundation, the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University and the Scharbauer Foundation. Mr. Leach holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.

BIO: Mr. Randy A. Foutch Founded Laredo Petroleum, LLC (alternate name Laredo Petroleum Holdings, Inc.) in October 2006 and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Foutch Founded Laredo Petroleum, Inc. in 1996 and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since inception. Mr. Foutch Founded Latigo Petroleum Inc. in 2001 and served as its President from September 2002 to May 2006 and Chief Executive Officer until May 2006. Mr. Foutch Founded Colt Resources in 1991 and sold it in 1996. In 1996, he Founded Lariat Petroleum, Inc. and served as its President until January 2001. He served as the President of Laredo Petroleum, LLC from October 2006 to July 2008. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He served as the Vice President of Development at Leadership Oklahoma Inc. He served as the President of Laredo Petroleum, Inc. until January 2001. He served as Rocky Mountain Regional Manager of Anschutz Company and served as the Vice President of Exploration at Dyco Petroleum.
