BIO: Ms. Andrea J. Ayers has been the Chief Executive Officer since October 2012 and President of Convergys Corporation since November 2012. Ms. Ayers served as the President of Customer Management line of business at Convergys Corporation from March 2008 to October 2012 and as its Chief Operating Officer of Customer Management from November 29, 2010 to October 2012. She served as the President of Relationship Technology Management at Convergys Corporation from September 1, 2007 to 2008. She served as Senior Vice President of Convergys Corporation. She served as President of Government and New Markets of Convergys Corporation from 2005 to 2007, Vice President of Customer Management Marketing from 2003 to 2005 and General Manager of DBS Division from 2000 to 2003. She started her career at Convergys managing a contact center. Ms. Ayers served as General Manager of the Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) Business Unit, where she drove double digit revenue and operating profit growth and was responsible for the employees in domestic and international contact center locations. She served as a Business Unit President, where she led new business development efforts for Convergys' customer management services and solutions in the Government, Healthcare, Retail and Finance markets. Ms. Ayers also headed Convergys Corporation's new Relationship Technology Management (RTM) line of business focused on the development of technology-enabled solutions that improve the quality and value of interactions across live agent and self-care channels. She has been an Independent Director of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since December 5, 2014. She has been a Director of Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber since February 2013. She has been a Director of Convergys Corporation since October 23, 2012. Ms. Ayers earned a bachelor's degree in management and administration from Louisiana State University, Shreveport.

BIO: Mr. Sundar Pichai has been the Chief Executive Officer of Google Inc., since October 02, 2015. Mr. Pichai leads the product management and innovation efforts for a suite of Google's search and consumer products, including iGoogle, Google Toolbar, Desktop Search and Gadgets, Google Pack and Gears. He has more than 15 years of experience developing high-tech consumer and enterprise products. Mr. Pichai served as Senior Vice President of Products at Google Inc. (currently known as Alphabet Inc.) from October 2014 to October 2, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Android, Chrome & Apps at Google Inc. from March 2013 to October 2014.
