His entrepreneurial mindset and extensive experience with technology and marketing will serve the company well as the staffing market evolves, positioning Cross Country Healthcare to increase shareholder value and emerge the industry leader. Prior to re-joining Cross Country Healthcare in 2019, Kevin held leadership positions at Talivity, Inc., OGH, LLC, and Pinnacor and received a B.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University.

BIO: Rich D’Amaro, a seasoned veteran of the healthcare industry, is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of Schumacher Clinical Partners. Previously, he presided as Founder and Partner Emeritus of Subsidium Healthcare, LLC, an Atlanta-based healthcare consulting firm that he began in 2001. D’Amaro served in various capacities for 22 years with industry powerhouse KPMG LLP, including roles as a member of the firm’s Management Committee, National Managing Partner for the healthcare practice and Chairman of the International Practice. After leaving KPMG, D’Amaro served as Chairman of two successful healthcare technology companies. In 2005, he merged Subsidium into Tatum, LLC, and became Chairman and CEO. He led Tatum for five years and exited after a successful sale to SFN group in 2010. His commitment to healthcare has included board leadership roles in the Alzheimer’s Association, Health Care Georgia Foundation, Vanderbilt University Technology Corporation, and St. Joseph’s Mercy Care. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Fulcrum Equity Partners, a private equity firm based in Atlanta, and Enduracare Acute Services, LLC.
