BIO: Mr. David P. Hatfield has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Edgewell Personal Care Company (formerly, Energizer Holdings Inc.) since July 1, 2015 and has been its Chairman of the Board since July 6, 2016. Mr. Hatfield served as the President of Energizer Personal Care and Chief Executive Officer of Energizer Personal Care at Edgewell Personal Care Company from November 2007 to July 1, 2015. Mr. Hatfield served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Wilkinson Sword Limited from March 31, 2007 to November 2007 and served as its Unit Chief Executive Officer and President since March 31, 2007. He joined Edgewell Personal Care Company in 1988. Over the next ten years, he served in a number of capacities including Advertising Manager, Director of Marketing for Latin America, and Director of Marketing North America. Mr. Hatfield served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Energizer Battery at Edgewell Personal Care Company from March, 2004 to 2007. Previously, he served as Vice President of North American and Global Marketing from 1999 to 2004 and Vice President of Europe Marketing from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Hatfield has been a Director of Edgewell Personal Care Company since July 1, 2015. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton in 1982 and an MBA from Stanford in 1986.
